On July 14, 2023, at the headquarters of the Târgu Mureș University of Arts, the first edition of the Theater and Multimedia Research Institute Awards took place. In this context, two professors of the Iași Theater Faculty, members of the Theater Doctoral School, received important distinctions.
Thus, Professor Anca-Maria RUSU, PhD was awarded the Opera Omnia Award, and Associate professor Călin CIUBOTARI, PhD, director of SDT Iași, “Szabó Lajos” Prize for Essay, Criticism and Theatrical Exegesis. The event was chaired by the rector of the University of Arts Târgu Mureș, Professor Sorin Crisan, PhD.
